Our first One Day Exhibition, held on the 27th March 2010 was a success on all accounts. Full credit and appreciation goes to all those who helped in any way to produce a very smart and pleasant exhibition, with good entries and well produced prints and Projected Digital Images. Our thanks also go to Andy Parkes of Petersfield Framing Services and to Permajet for their valuable suppoert.The atmosphere was excellent; you only needed to stand and listen to the 'buzz' of conversation and interest in the hall to realize that many people were enjoying this exhibition. We estimate that between 300 and 350 people visited during the day. One of the main reasons for holding this exhibition was to attract new members and nine peolple registered their interest - that represents nearly 25% of our existing membership! |
